THANK YOU. We had 2250 actuations. We already had the correct firmware version but had to re-install again - no problems whatsoever. Really appreciated your help.

You're very welcome! I'm glad to hear everything worked smoothly after reinstalling the firmware. 2250 actuations means your camera is still pretty fresh! Happy shooting!

@@hackography Thanks again, we purchased new a few years ago and forgot! The box and unopened contents are still sealed and the screen still has the plastic on it. Oh well.

It's an estimated number of photos you can take until the SD card gets full.
