i agree with the money thing, getting only 100 star coins per week is so bad. im saving for a horse right now, and having to wait 9 weeks for one horse? horrendous, waste of time. i don’t want to buy star coins just to waste them immediately, doubling 100 sc per friday to 200 per friday or even 250-300 is so much better, with the horses getting more expensive, we will end up buying more in the long run!! (sorry for the rant) 😢😢

I don’t know why everyone dislikes the trail blazer. It’s not like you have to do extra work to get all the stuff. I finished the Christmas one by logging on for like 10 minutes every day and still finished before December was over. They give stable care, Jorvik shillings, clothes, and items to use in reputation quests for free! I have had months worth of stable care throughout the past 3 trial blazers and I think it’s nice since stable care is so expensive. I agree star stable is money hungry and stingy. But I think it’s nice they give us all this stuff for free and we don’t have to really grind for a long time every day to get all of the items.

Regarding the JS cap, there are well-known work-arounds for that: collecting light, highscore rewards from races, championship rewards, archaeology items... When you need the JS, sell stuff / collect money from rewards. I'm not saying this works for everyone or that I'm not annoyed by the JS cap myself, I just wanted to mention this in case not everyone is aware of it.

I gotta rant too (like most of the people in this comment section). I've noticed SSO has REALLY fallen hard on the "magic" aspect of their game. The Soul Riders made sense, the Dark Riders made sense, anything related to them made sense in a magic aspect, but when SSO was still trying to find itself (old SSO I should say), they made the magic known, but they didn't lie back on it and use it for everything. We get it, we're a magical group of teenage girls who have to save Jorvik from the "bad guys". A lot of lore has been changed or removed because of their reliance on it. What ever happened to your starter horse being your "soul horse", and hence why it was required for every main quest? What happened to Darko? Do Golden Hills and the Valley have any story relevance whatsoever other then just EXISTING? SSO doesn't have to release a new magic horse every time there's a new event, I'd be fine with having event exclusive coats for NORMAL horses, like Jorvik Stables' Open House event (that turned into the dressage event as far as I know)

I made a spreadsheet of current available horses in the game including holiday and limited release excluding G2 at Marley's, totaling 431 horses. To buy all these horses would cost 370,552 star coins. If you bought star coins at the regular price and bought horses at regular price (no specials or sales) it would cost $5,197.25 not to mention paying for star rider or buying pets and other things that exclusively cost star coins. What other game puts it's main content under such a price tag and then markets it to children?

Gained a new follower I absolutely can see Sso adding male avatars, it makes sense now because of how advanced sso is now. Yes it could break the 'sisterhood' but that could mean breaking old traditions, they could take a direction to actually break tradition and make a new group!

The bug with the magic horses is when you do a transformation race especially in the winter village or galloper's keep. If you would've went through it again with the same horse, Your magic horses would be fixed! Now I'm not sure if there's a way to fix them. I had the same bug and their team was wildly unhelpful. Only got this tip from someone who was extremely determined to fix this issue for themselves. I would tried magic the circus race? As it's one of the only we have in game year round that transforms your horse. But it might be race exclusive.

okay so i have some things to say about this and I was... twenty minutes into the video... okay.... so I am one of the non binary people playing this game and yes, i can say I can get my character to look the way i want, most times, and yeah the prices are extreamly high! I live in sweden where SSO HQ is located and the prices are so high! For lifetime Star Rider you gotta pay almost 1000 kr which is insane! Starcoins is also almost the same but more! 10k SC is 1100 kr and 5k is about 550 kr! all insane and I haven't bought in a while! And I know why everyone loves old star stable since the old team isn't working anymore (most of them) and they want to get rid of that old crusty horses and old graphics and stuff, i love the old horses and want them, yes, for club events, when we look back into what we did a few years ago in star stable and see those old horses like; awe I miss them they were so cute and they're our crusties now. I get it yeah! It was so many of the old generations I wanted to buy but couldn't because of irl stuff and then they were gone! The main quest are what I live for but you can't just live of them! And it's so annoying! I stopped levling my main account and started a new one because I don't know which of the side quests who helps me come to New hillcrest, where my main quest is! It's so annoying and I just gave up! Probably another way to make monry but yeah! Lemme do those fun quests man! 😭

Heyy, first of all I love your videos! :D, but I have something to say about "money", I also think that SSO has become really expensive, and it is unfair that in Turkey 10K Starcoins only cost 10-20$. However, there is a reason for this, SSO has been making very little money lately, so they are also losing employees because they are not well paid. SSO really doesn't earn much per month and that's why they raise prices. :)

I've got no problem with it being a female-centred game - so many games out there are male-centred and female players have a horrible time on them, that it's really refreshing to have this game which is very much a female space. That said, I'd like them to split the online MMO from the central storyline about the Soul Riders. I'm on my third character and I've found it worked best for me if I just ignored the main questline altogether until I'd maxed out the social points on everything else - locations & side quests I mean. It was incredibly enjoyable and you could have male characters in there having the same quality experience as the female ones. And it would be easy to add character options for non-binary. So take the main questline out of the MMO for a serious win. (And FFS finish off the Jarlaheim/Harvest Countries storyline!) And then they could make a separate game of the main questline. Keep the all-female Soul Rider group, but add an alternative line for a male character going into Druidism. Just looking at what little we get of Avalon and Everygray's stories shows there could be a very strong male-centred storyline which could run alongside the female one. And that one could be a 15 age group game and lean back into the horror aspect that's been there from the start (and which is already a bit too much for any young or pre-teen).

I love the connemaras it’s my fav horse in game and if you don’t like it then why reply to this. You are not stopping me so good for you if you don’t like the horse but. This horse is so cute❤️ and the coats are everything , and gaits are pretty good 👍

Ive gotta rant lol sorry- My issues with sso are, no 1, ppl pay around 100 dollars on starrider. Now thinking of it, it sounds incredibly stupid and expensive, yet, we only (Non double week) when you buy it get 1000 sc? Whatttt thats a single horse... Thats not right. And next, waiting 9 weeks for a single horse? i get it. They want you to buy star coins and depend on it, IK but like they should give us 150-300 ... No 2, Sso, spends more time on GOSH DANG HORSE SCENTED CANDLES than fixing the fact that 80% of players cant get a single lag free hour of gameplay. I understand some lags is gonna occur, its a huge map etc, but its really dumb things that cause the lag. Not the map. Like for example, mass filled servers, lately, says lets talk NA servers, say night star was very busy at steves farm, and your on Raspberry Valley, youll have extreme lag there even if there isnt a single soul..., another thing is mass filled servers, when you look around the servers can have about 200 players at once, that causes mass lag, sso would do us well if they made separate servers with less people able to join, and maybe some modifications to help lag for other lower end devices. Along with some graphics tab modifications, for example, hiding all players, minimal texture verisons - (Ik we have graphics things, but tbh that doesn't help) , incase your wondering why am I ranting about lag , (I just bought a computer a little over a week ago, it has more than min computer specs, ran perfect and lagless for the first week, now I log back into sso after a day, its laggy as heck idk why, its not my computers fault.
