If Air Conduction is better than Bone Conduction (AC>BC), shouldn't we see a higher threshold for Bone Conduction in Normal and Sensorineural Hearing Loss audiogram?

hi dr ted is b.c is not necessary to be done to both the ears? as it is done only to one ear? why?
