Excellent. Just found your podcast also. I am drawn to the idea of the bible as literature. Approaching it as if it were Paradise Lost, or Cormac McCarthy. Neither proving or disproving, just analysing.

This looks amazing. I just watched both videos and found the podcast. Second video introduces pre-modern epistemology. As a person of faith I think these epistemologies look exciting. Maybe understanding them can create a bridge for discussion between those who believe and those who don't.

Grounding a script for a popular tv show into deep literary history will have improved results than not. The Biblical books, Chauser, Shakespeare, and works studied by the Orientalists included will enhance the beauty and cohesion of the story. I think the writing of some Hollywood films are like a commentary of a commentary, or a copy of a copy, lines blurred and letters confused. Thi metaphor is meant to emphasise the writing room has not read that in the beginning was the word.
