A supportive, caring and loving spouse or friend is a great blessing. ...we should strive to be that blessing to others.

“True doctrine understood changes attitudes and behavior . The study of the doctrines of the gospel will improve behavior quicker than the study of behavior “ Boyd K Packer ❤👏

I relate to EVERYTHING you said!! Been there, done that❣️ Reading the scriptures is akin to being fed baby formula until you can chew! You learned you have strength to hang on. And now on hard days you can acknowledge it and move on to a better day tomorrow. As long as you watch yourself, you’ll never be in the pit again. I dare say you’re a better man for having gone through that. And I can confidently say your testimony is stronger than before! Thanks for sharing! And blessings to your wife for walking through it with you💞

What a wonderful young man, father, husband, family member and church member. We ALL have hard days, hard moments, and hard events to go through in this mortal life. This man has found a strong pathway to follow in the scriptures, thanks to his lovely dad. Now he knows for himself that the power of Jesus Christ's Atonement is true, tangible, and empowering. Thanks for being vulnerable, and I'm certain that vulnerability will educate others who may be in despair or terror. Particularly other young men! There is a worldwide epidemic of su1c1d3 of our beautiful young people, especially our young men who don't know it's okay to begin conversations about their deepest sadness, fear, or feelings of inadequacy. This interview has the potential to save lives! As usual, Lauren, you are a delight as a compassionate interviewer.
