What a fun video!! I slammed through the ACOTAR series, it’s what got me back into reading. The last of the series, Silver Flames was hands down my favorite. It’s smutty, which…isn’t my favorite BUT the character growth and development made the smut bearable for me. I finished reading it and went online to see if everyone else was raving about it…but everyone hated it, so… your mileage may vary lol

I tried reading acotar (made it through seven chapters) and DNF’ed it which I know to some people probably would be horrifying but honestly I’ve never been a fan of fantasy books that much, although I do enjoy dystopian books. I’m glad so many people have gotten into/back into reading because of books like acotar though! Wildfire is a book I really, really enjoyed, it may not be for some but it’s a cute found family book! Not a whole lot of sports in it even though it’s set in the same universe as icebreaker in case that makes it anymore appealing to anyone!

I've had The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue on my bookshelf for years and this video and your review made me put it at the front of my tbr list, like that simply has to be my next read! If you love Harry Potter, its beautifully written and IN MY OPINION has a solid story line and stays true to the characters. An artist called Avendell did a lot of illustrations for it that were impeccable and it sort of helps visualize as you go along. But also, if you love Harry Potter, it will tear you to SHREDS. It has a lot of trigger warnings to it. And like the other commenter said, if you can’t do smut, this wont be for you lol. Also if you cant do extreme violence, gore, and eternal heartbreak, steer clear as well LOL
