Feel the same way, there are so many birthday's and holliday's in December/January that I'm on the road for 2 week's and being around people non stop kills me. Omg 19°!!! My family and I went to the grand canyon after Christmas and it was freezing!!!!! One day it was so snowy and foggy we couldn't even see the canyon. I'm from Cali and also don't do cold lol. Also the vibes this vid exudes are phenomenal

😈 Oh I understand you so much. I am very friendly person when I am around people and I love my family the most, but I am also asocial, introvert and I prefer to be alone most of the time simply because my social battery can't deal with people for too long, it just always sucks all my energy and happiness so quickly... I am able to manage to have only one friend and it's like " I love you, but please have other friends too and don't talk to me everyday... It's nice to see you and catch up on things for hour or two, but then I need you to go home and don't talk to me for at least a week." :/ :D and I am internaly dying on holidays with all those family meetings... ... Literally the only person that doesn't drain my energy and who's attention I crave is my fiancé. I haven't felt " tired" of being with him and spending our time together like ever and we are together for almost five years now ( we moved in together after two months of dating ) and we are going to welcome our first child this March ( first human child, we also do have our furry ( cat ) baby) :) So long story longer - I felt that " I need to go home and be alone" part very much. :D Anyway. This video was a delight. So wholesome. Your mom and dad are amazing people. And your little ( but tall :D ) niece is such a cutiepie. I am jealous of all those books from B&N, we don't have that in my country, so there was no 50% off hard cover books for me. :/ :D can't wait for all those reading vlogs. :) Also I am glad you found out about that you bought the same book twice just in time to change it for the right copy. Lucky you. All right. This is starting to feel like really long short story collection so... thank you for another amazing year full of bookish content, I am looking forward to for what this year will bring. :) Wish you strong health ( and not another issue with your diabetes needs, I am still mad about how they didn't care enought about you not having your supplies that literally KEEPS YOU ALIVE...) so again Strong health. The Luminaries! Alaina has good taste. I really enjoyed that one for the potential of the sequel. Also, I've had a copy of Empire of the Vampire taunting me from my bookshelf since September 2021, so I should probably actually read it already... (All of the first prints of the book were signed, and there are a million versions of it. )

That’s such an impressive book haul! When you were showing the B roll of THE HONEYS (which I really want to read!), the book next to it, ONE FOR ALL by Lillie Lainoff, is my friend/critique partner’s book! I know you don’t read much YA, but if you’re interested in a Three Musketeers retelling in 17th century France with an authentic disabled main character and lots of queer characters (including ace spec), you might like it. Also very biased because my name is in the acknowledgments. 😂 Also, your niece’s painting is amazing! That’s the sweetest. Love the wholesome family vibes. 😭

Hey Katie! Your audio is a little over modulated. If you can turn down the volume on the mic or the phone that should help. Once it’s recorded there’s no way to really fix it. It’s just your volume being to high and the equipment can’t interpret it. It happens even with the highest quality equipment. Love your energy! Hope you find the sweet spot with your mic. ❤ -Amy

It seemed in this vlog like you and your family and you and grace have such a good and loving relationship, really heart warming to see. puzzling, crafting and board games such cuteness family activities.
