Thanks Sir, some good stuff here , on the Morris Cowley to Southampton section, it would be nice to imagine the train was filled with Austin Maxis, we could fit just about anything in ours {like this train {😂😂🤞🤞😃} including our four children and my Wife one of my favourite cars we had in the 1970s, extremely reliable, and roomy but Minis it must be . Good for them 👍👍

My local station, literally less than 10 minutes from home, and I can even see it from my bedroom window. I'm usually at the end of the platform with the yellow grit bin. Brilliant location for freight, GWR Class 800s, 166 and 165s, 387s and Cross Country 220s.

Yes I too miss the HSTs, so last week I went to Devon to see the Castle Class HSTs.
