Reading is so nice and love it. Especially I interested the blending the fruits and making juice. And I want to try to drink like that.

I didn't have good self-image throughout my childhood life and, may be ,till about ten years ago. But I've learned a lot from my own experience and from those around me and from many books, and I've been able to see myself and accept my real existence! Being a teacher, as you said, I always try to convince my pupils to see themselves honestly and accept their own strength and weaknesses as well .And I always suggest them not to always think about their weaknesses and try to change those weaknesses if they can.

Most of us had a bad childhood including me. As you said, no one can know who will crash down his or her life because of wroung parenting. Your reading is really helpful for me.Thank you so much.

Hi.. thanks a lot for sharing & discussion. I love Ur readings. I think Some of the facts that u discussed not only apply to parents/child relationship but also apply to adult relationship between partners. Eg. Criticism. Keep criticizing a person never give a good result in any relationship. My relationship with my parents didn't have any big problems but I am recovering from psychological abusive relationship with a partner. It lasted almost 5 yrs. I was critized about my body, appearance, the way I walk, the clothes I wear etc. But as u said those are over and I am recovering. I can relate well what u have discussed and it really sooth my mind. Thanks again. I am a fan of your family. So u and Ur family also don't give up on Ur creations just because all the bad situations happening in Myanmar. U guys still can create arts and we all still can support via online. So just don't give up & keep going. I am waiting for more art creations ahead. 💓💓💓
So good that I listen your videos everyday! Thank you!

Yes, I also had self- image issues when I was younger as I was born in Mandalay and my skin colour is too brown. I didn't feel much different when I was living in Mandalay but very obvious when I relocated to Yangon, majority of people in Yangon have fair skin and they kind of look down to Anyar Thu ( Nyo Lone) image of mine😁.
very nice sharing, most of us had a bad childhood life
