Abstain from food for a season, maybe 6am-3pm or 6am-6pm. Repent, then make sure to study the scriptures, pray with it, break your fast with the communion first before taking your food

@maureenalvaro6932 awesome. I'll try the first fast. I did a 6am-1pm fast for 3 days and on the 4th day I got what I was fasting for. But when I try to go longer I get irritated.
