I've loved this song since mid-2000s when I learned about it, then it brought new meaning - and support - to me in 2014 when my country was shaken from within and then attacked from the outside, and I sang it to a small, but international, audience in Scotland that same year. Now, this song gives me even more emotions, putting together all of the previous experience accompanied by it, the joy and the deep sorrow, and happines from the moments I lived through with it.
