The title is misleading. This is not a hidden gun, it's a part of the mod called Sniper or Not

I'm pretty sure that mod just lets you use weapons that are hidden in the game files

The weapons are locked or Hidden by the devs in game. The Mod that I've listed in the description will unlock those weapons.
