Having been in an active shooter situation as a civilian, the phones of the victims ringing kinda fucks me up now. When news got out family began calling me too just after escaping the premises. Fortunately I was able to answer. It was at a hospital too, so Relapse hits different now lol. I don't think it classifies as PTSD tho since it doesn't affect my daily life but it sure changes your perspective.

It happened last September and I was perpetually alert (idk how else to describe it) for the first few weeks, but after that I've only had 2 instances where I noticed it briefly affecting me in public. I was lucky enough to get off relatively scot-free.

You can try using the Search and Check feature. It is available when there are several people left at the location. In addition, the guys will pack weapons and tie up the others. This can help

@@SpookerBBQ I play with that mod too, it works tho. Threat sould be neutralised first (bombs too) then you get that option. However, if civi is behing locked door, then yes, SWAT AI wont be able to get them. Interface will show that they are doing restraining, but will actually stand still because there is no open way to get to them. I learned it the hard way :D

I been through a lot as a young man in my life but never I have suffered from PTSD lol! Mind you, I lived in Haiti too back when the embargo was happening in 1991-92. I was just a 9 year old kid back then BUT I remember it ALL. Despite my crazy experiences and past, I am very blessed to not have ever suffered from PTSD

And yes, their skill traits do also matter. BUT me personally, don't rely on that too much either. All I want, is for them to succeed the mission effectively regardless of their skills. So I will command them naturally regardless of their skill traits.

I was in a situation that almost went south real fast. someone made a bomb threat in the womans bathroom and the next day the staff was understandably paranoid. they saw what they thought was a gun but was a instrument in the end. we went on full lockdown and there were armored swat units along with 2 snipers across the street. I ended up having a seizure from the amount of stress and it really highlighted the lack of true procedures in place if this was actually real. may we curve this trend of violence and help those in need. and its not by gun control but active steps to educate people on the topic and to come up with better procedures in case of these situations. God bless those who give everything for our safety and know your not alone in your thoughts

IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO DEVS: Hey guys, love your game and think it’s really incredible. BUT I can’t play it! I’m a left handed player, and switch all my keybinds accordingly for every game. I also swap my mouse buttons (as the mouse is on the left side of my desk). However, Ready or Not seems to have a longstanding issue with keybinds and such! When I tried to switch my mouse buttons, due to Left Mouse Button (LMB) being the button used to cancel inputs, I was not able to do so. Then, I cleared the Right Mouse Button (RMB) function, hoping to be able to rebind it to LMB from there. But this simply meant I no longer had a working LMB function in game, because I couldn’t set LMB to anything. I’ve also heard from others that issues with keybinds saving/working in missions are pretty commonplace. TLDR; I can’t bind left mouse button to anything, and I think there are other issues with saving keybinds and such. It means I can’t play this brilliant game properly :( I would be extremely grateful if you guys were able to fix this because it should be a pretty easy fix all things considered! Thanks

Pointed his gun righ tin my face and looked at me in the eyes for a moment, I thought I was toast. Luckily no one got shot. Idk if anyone was ever found or arrested. Super creepy remembering that moment though.

Your dlc for a broken / unfinished game is PTSD, fix the game. If you wanted to remain early access should have stayed unreleased, but instead you made your game live service; and ripped gameplay out of the game. :( feels bad this game is fun but just isn’t enough, no story other than lore, no ai support, key features that keep being mention still not present, game modes removed and still haven’t been added, achievements still not working in mp makes it feel intentional. Y’all’s asking for money while not doing anything with the product, there is nothing compelling about this game making it worth mentioning to someone to play over cheaper or older cops/ swat games.

It would be great if we could have some kind of way to spend time with our officers to help reduce their stress levels. Like if we had a pool of action points we could spend between missions to do an activity with each team member. It doesn't have to be a mini game or have full on cutscenes. But it would be nice to get a chance for Judge to spend time with the boys like playing pool at the station, fishing, or having a BBQ at Judge's place. With the addition of the stress meta game I've always felt it was too cold to just send our boys to the shrink. We should be able to hang out and give our boys a good chat.

My mental health suffered after supporting these developers and then getting a rushed 1.0 with AI generated content, unrealistic and broken AI, bad performance and turning a police / SWAT tactical shooter into a NAVY Seals kill on sight or get killed shooter. Oh did I mention the missing features like some tactical equipment, the missing game modes (active shooter, bomb defusal, etc.) for each map which was present before 1.0? Man I feel so ripped of as a supporter. The "story" is also meh. Idk how but I was under the impression from the trailers that this would be something special, a campaign with an emotional story. But I felt nothing except of regret to support this project. :(

Come on guys, bigger updates are needed soon not just small DLCs that are coming soon™, we expect more handguns (Glock 17, Glock 45, 2011 and so on) flip up magnifiers, vest customization, more levels for the basic game, the flipping balaclava that was in game already, NVGs and Gas masks on at the same time and procedurally generated maps (small). To all the people saying "just get mods" please understand that this isn'ta small game and even small games are able to implement these features, I really enjoyed this game but there is a small amount of replayability.
