Replacements for vegans: Butter - nope. Cream: coconut milk Jelly: agar agar or pectin Make friends with sesame oil, and the Ethiopian and Asian kitchens. I don’t know why, but they’re the best vegan options. I know as a meat eater who made the move several times. Just don’t expect your soy laté to taste the same, find replacements. Like matcha green tea for a laté, natural juices, Kamboocha instead of soda for a healthy soda.

What's the cream stuff they said is 99% fat free? quark? Couldn't understand what they were saying. Would it be similar to the taste and texture of Greek yogurt?

Yes, it is quark. I think they related it more to 99% fat free cream cheese over in the US.

I got old… I used to be so embarrassed by the dish names and now they all make me chuckle. 🤣 I miss singing in choirs. I was a professional singer before refusing the vaccines. I lost everything. Never forget what was done to us for “choice”.
