It looks like they're putting in the Foundation Pillars that will set up the outside structure. I've seen those Drills many times when they were adding more roads in Alexandria, VA.

If it’s a 2025 opening it will be late 2025. Hopefully it’s not a glorified version of existing prefab stadium. Need a signature building and from the drawings I’ve seen it looks very vanilla, not impressive at all.
