This should be cooked by putting the packet in hot water. So you can throw it in a kettle provided in hotel room. By putting on fry pan , it evaporates making it more tangy and spicy as the liquid evaporates.MTR Upma is available at Rs 10 at Dmart

I tried one of the paneer subzis of kitchens of India myself last weekend..the paneer quality and quantity is not great...I would suggest keep lots of separate raw paneer at hand to add in the gravy..love your videos
