personally, I am not a fan of hers. generally female K-pop I think still lacks so much behind male Korean artits. I think mostly eye candy for boys. So will only be happy to be proven wrong when her stuff comes out. But seriously, it woudl be nice to see more substance in content , lyrics and less the predictable K-pop make up and outfits and silly little moves. Rose has managed to do a bit of that on her album and you can see a level of evolution and move from the obvious K-pop look and tunes. Sure, she wil still maintain some of it, it is afterall part of who she is BUT she has evolved beyond that and embraced more of teh western style music sound too.

I don't think female artists lack compared to the male at all, not to be a feminist. But a question: Have u listen to their music and what that hold as a meaning behind. I'M curious korean artist vs. k Pop represented female could be a debate because I've explored more k Pop, and I think female artist work is always more qualified and diffrent

@@BinushiMMM Sure, I listened, watched their documentary etc. But seriously as a female i cannot relate to them at all. I find the content same same same. love, feminist issues kind of etc. That is why I feel the way I do. Of course, they have millions of fans so, they clearly resonate with many. I like more wholesome stuff and even BTS or Woosung or G-Dragon has substance. If you review more of teh soloas of people like RM of BTS or SUGA or J-Hopes individual projects and music (I recommend J-Hope Lollapalooza concert- woudl be very interesting for you to review) . I am still curious what she comes up with though and will watch your review fo rsure. And maybe she will change my mind...who knows. Keep up the great work. @@BinushiMMM l kinda agree with you. Not gonna lie, kpop’s songs (not all of them) lyrics are “cringy” and the fact that they don’t even write is a big red flag for an artist. But l kinda think that Jennie has soooo much potential to make GOOD album, with these powerful featurings that are good choosen by jennie bec they’re talanted and not just popular. She is a normal songwriter (not good but not bad ) and l think she will do SO MUCB BETTER this time that she did in mantra. I have so much hopes for this album not gonna lie. This is my opinion as she’s my fav artist of all time
