Triads are one of the most important fundamentals of Music Theory and beyond, they are what make up chords and the contents of them! Anyone who wants to get more creative with musical arrangements need to know them, as they open up so many possibilities!

As an ambient/new age guitarist I am glad to see people talking about this, as its one of the great little "secrets" in the ambient/new age genre to create widest soundscapes by literally "expanding" (spreading) the chords.

This seems like it would work nicely with CAGED, i know all of my Roots but would be helpful getting more comfortable locating the 3rds and 5ths. To me i related all of the spread voicings to a specific CAGED shape

Totally agree, still upset with the fact that I can’t get Bulletproof level 2 on Udemy. Guess that I will have to stick with these free lessons, don’t know when I will have the time to pay the monthly fee and actually feel it’s worthy for me. Great work though Ross!

@@RossCampbellGuitarist Your channel is wonderful man, truly great work. Hopefully you can post more frequently. Also, just as a suggestion: maybe you can take some song or a solo and do a 'decomposition' tying the solo to the chord changes. I realize it's normally not what you do on this channel, nevertheless, it may help a lot of us. Hoping it is interesting to you to make something like that.

Maybe you actually got to know the channel of Tom Bukovac. Is that the "shit" he is playing a lot in his loop examples? (Best i heard in years...) Toms "Homeskoolin" channel content is so amazing good, and i am looking for a YT channel or course, that teaches these things he plays to his loops. Your "Bulletproof 1" (i own) course and especially this video seem to be the best i found so far. Please do more content following that direction,. And the response he received, shows, that there is a big interest in his musical thinking. Content for Bulletproof 3?
