Remember, most performance tools have 5 years warranty. If something like this this happens, use the warranty. I got the same sawzall and its been amazing. I was wondering how to connect to the app, didnt know you needed the new Bluetooth battery pack. The only "bad thing" with this saw are the 4Ah batteries dont last much and get pretty warm.

I almost got very disappointed about this update failure. Glad you managed to revive the tool. Not while ago Lidl Home app was updated and even got available for dowload via Google Play for other countries. How do you find the internal protection of getting dust around the motor? From version A1 the dust protection has been very bad. I have version A1 and I had to additionally create some bariers in order to minimize the amount of dust getting back to the motor.

Well, there is no protection. The vent openings can freely suck dust of whatever particles are around. I was expecting some metal mesh screen, but there is no such thing.

same problem here.the bluetooth was flashing after the update, i left it with the battery on the and after several minutes it is working

Hello.Amazing video.i have same peoblem and never connect.i had this one. Parkside PSBSAP 20-Li C3 64Nm do you know how to reset please??And something else.Do you know why smart battery never charged to 100%??My batery charged until 93% max.Thanks.

I have the same problem with the drill. This is the second one where this happens. Seems to be an issue with the 1.0.6 software..

I have same problem with my PPBSA 20-LI A1 it is blinking failed update.... do you have any sugestion ?

It seams when i leave it updating for long time(5-10min) than it updates

Yup. After update you have to leave it with battery inserted for 15-20 minutes.

So the best idea is to never update the firmware and work on the factory one because such Bluetooth features are completely unnecessary and just straight up idiotic

Today try to update firmware to PDSSAP D3 by OWIM 1.0.0. to 1.0.1 ,download and after led blu start to flash and drill don't respond I have tried to do the same procedure several times but nothing happened. I almost took the drill back to the shop to get my money back, but I finally managed to resurrect the machine and get it started.😢 Firmware is name" OTA Test"

I become the same problem, but little bit different. My saw is updating as screwdriver with the error en now no new update more, don't working - nothing. Send it back to the lidl. The saw is one day old
