I was a radio TV broadcaster at Central Pacific Network from 1990 to 1993. I did the midnight radio program. I was also a member of the local band that played in the club called rebel yell. it was awesome living on a tropical paradise.

My best friend lived on kwaj for two years, and even he thinks what American government did to Marshallese ppl is dirty, and just like native Americans, the gov forced them out and destroyed their lands. Same things. I know the native Islanders are probably better off today though because of all the subsidies and pact agreements, but that doesn't mean anything compared to what the older Marshallese had to go through, and especially the nuked atolls of enewetak and bikini, the atomic atolls in short. We ruined whole way of life for these ppls, there's no reason on earth any marshallese needs to thank Americans, believe me because I am one.
