The most active cods on PC multiplayer wise are probably BO4, BO2, and MW2 but even then BO2 and MW2 only have like 800-1200 people playing BO3 and WaW are active if you like playing custom zombies maps

I think cod ww2 sensitivity values were changed because even on console if you go from bo4 to ww2 or mwr to ww2 for snipers and basically any other gun the aiming feels a bit more slippery and sensitive in ww2
