I was so proud of the actress learning to play cello for the part and when the audition scene came i was convinced the producer picked up the most advanced cello player for the part because its so realistic the finger and arm movements. Thanks for spoiling it for me by teaching me it was cgi 🥲😆

They did use a body double for her cello playing but I can’t seem to find who the actual artist was that did the cello for the movie! If anyone knows I’d love to look her up.

The CGI I think looks particularly bad and it would have been just as good with the closeups. The Saint Saens is such an excellent piece to pick though.
