Thank you for making these videos. It's a great balance of english and listening to simple spoken mandarin. It's a very helpful supplement to other sources of learning.

Good documentary. Learned a lot about conversational Chinese. However, people don't normally smile so much like that, making it seem a little fake. It's usually pretty straight-faced usually when bargaining prices.

I really trying hard to learn Mandarin.I loved the accent of narrator from this video.I got ideas from the place people tradition@ language. but I love more if I can see the face of this lady narrator while talking. here from Philippines.

Great documentary. I have learned quite a lot here better than Ni hao. Nobody buys stuff with just Ni hao.
