Neat comparison. I have an engineering question though. Would it be possible to make heat pump oven through cascading 2-3 heatpumps with different coolants? I see heat pumps easily achieving great efficiencies with >50°C temperature delta, but never saw an oven made like this.

Why there’s no humidity control in electric heat oven !

To simple understanding, the electric heat oven have two core parts, one is electric-heat tube, another is blowing fans, the electric heat oven can heating up the drying chamber and blow away humid air by fans, the only controllable thing is the electric-heat tube input power(a rough way to control drying temperature), and there's no way to control drying humidity.
