1. Only handicapped vehicles can park in front of expired parking meters. Look for the handicapped license plate or placard in the windshield. 2. You can only tow vehicles if they're in special parking zones when they shouldn't be or expired license plates. 3. Taxis won't always be the obvious white cars with the banners on top. Look at their license plates for 'taxi' if they're parked within a taxi zone. Writing them a ticket or towing their vehicle without doing that will result in a loss of conduct points. 4. Frisking is allowed when they show signs of DUI (red eyes, alcohol odor, trembling, dilated pupils, green crumbs on shirt etc) or they show suspicious/aggressive behavior such as being angry, fearful, nervous or trembling. 5. I believe you cannot frisk individuals who look around, appear anxious or avoid eye contact. This is grounds for asking for ID but not frisking. (I have tried frisking for a person seeming confident but lost conduct points so that's not permitted) 6. You can perform DUI tests on anyone that commits a traffic violation, regardless of whether there is reasonable suspicion of DUI or not. Anything you're unsure of will be in your handbook. Correction, if the person show signs of DUI you can do a DUI test on them and full search the person i do believe, and you can yes frisk the person if they show sign of anxiety, like they want to end this conversation asap, being confident aint a anxiety sign.

I LOL'd when the car drove by with their door hanging open. All the weird bugs would be annoying if they weren't so entertaining. I once found a pedestrian standing on top of an awning instead of the sidewalk below, I pretended I was crisis intervention team "Don't jump! You have so much to live for!"

If a car has a handicapped placard it’s often exempt from being ticketed in a metered space- as long as it doesn’t exceed the maximum parking time allowed (although it can vary from state to state).

So the taxi stand got me too. You need to zoom in and inspect the plate. Regular civ cars have a taxi endorsement where the county information is normally located on the tag.

A taxi can be any vehicle in this game even a pickup truck; how you check for it by inspecting to see if you see a plate that says taxi or not

Greeting citizens is not a timing issue as much as you need eye contact. I’ve treated many 10-15 seconds after since I was busy with parking or just letting frames catch-up. (My gaming laptop just don’t like game, probably operator error). I haven’t been able to deploy spike strips correctly yet and don’t understand the checkpoint/dui points. A highway crash gave me wrong directions since it happened on the SB lane under the clover leaf interchange, it sent me out of route to the top side. Neat game otherwise.

if it says swift on it then its a taxi it will have a blue stick with red writing on the windshield.

Easier and most definitive way, check the plates. It'll say taxi on the bottom central area.

Left number is experience, right number is conduct. Conduct being a grade of using proper procedures and proper citations.

@@billcampbell5810 when you get the after shift report look at all the actions with a negative grade. It'll assist on what went wrong. Now the game is wrong sometimes though. I had one with no insurance and even the background check said invalid insurance,but said I was wrong to cite them for it, so the game can be a bit buggy. However the reports can help you learn the correct way to cite someone. For example only search after a valid arrest or it'll say unjustified.
