The DUI test was justified because she was showing signs of being drunk. When someone is not standing up straight and looking like they can't stand that always means they are drunk. From what ive learned while playing the game myself. Sorry if that was hard to read or understand by the way.

HP episode 1 was a train wreck lol. But you asked in this video if we were okay with you spending time doing weigh station duty. For me, it was great because it showed what to expect. I have HP expansion but haven't started yet. I plan on doing one or two different duty types per shift and ignoring everything else, but mixing it up each shift. For example I may just do weigh station a whole shift. Next may only be accidents and stranded motorists. Another may only be radar and traffic enforcement. I don't really care about the points because I'll eventually get them for ranking up. Loving all these videos.

It's the one thing with this game that annoys me, if I change my uniform it doesn't save it. The game is great but a bit of an anti climax after you reach 30/30. No real incentive to continue playing. No goals to aim for.

Ive never done one in my regular job haha, ive only pulled over 1 truck driver ever and it was only to let him know his trailer was open, he was very thankful and he closed it and headed on his way haha

Legal BAC for a CDL holder is .04 no matter what vehicle we're driving. A .006 is not an arrestable offense. You would, however, be placed Out of Service for 24 hours though.

So the car was secured when you arrived and you didn't ask her for a permissive search. Military side, we, at least at my commands, wouldn't have searched the car without a command affidavit for search and seizure. It would have been out of the scope for a "Search incident to apprehension" as the incident and apprehension both took place outside the car. How are you taught civillian side?

Yo bro I have a question & would appreciate if you could answer I street race almost daily and have been pulled over a few times, but every time I've gotten away with a warning (lucky af I know 😂). I always get warnings in the form of a paper that is handed to me, not verbally. I assumed this meant it was documented and other cops could see this, but the most recent cop acted like he was unaware of my previous encounters. Can you guys see written warnings when running my plate or license? And, if no speed is noted on the paper, does that mean there's no speed in the system?

Asking about whether or not you can see the speed because the first time I was pulled over I was clocked doing triple digits, but the paper didn't include that detail, only speeding and improper lane use (cutting up). I want to know if that officer saved me from future cops😂

It depends on the system they use. Ours allows us to see other officers warnings and tickets. But in washingtom street racing is a crime so youd get arrestes

@ 14:09 CDL truck driver BAC limit is .02%. It's the same for anyone that isnt of legal drinking age.

Depends on the state. Washington its 0.000 for CDL drivers while driving a CMV, and 0.040 for CDL drivers driving anything else, 0.080 for anyone over 21 without a CDL, and 0.02 for anyone under 21

Until they fix it, what i have noticed is if you escort your prisoner to that station you ended your shift at, they do transport from there. Last time i put the prisoner inside the building, which was a problem. But they showed up. So I'm assuming that they'll transport if you take them to that building at a weigh station.

In my jurisdiction we would not get a DUI for someone standing outside a broken down vehicle but great the games allow it. I worked scales in real life and it was always interesting what you would find in a truck

As a truck driver, I can confirm that we don't have any rights while on the road. Only hassle I gave my last inspecting officer was when he wanted to sit in my truck uninvited and started to just come in without warning, clear 4th amendment violation.

@@GamerCop thank you! I know there are good cops out there that police bad behavior yet still understand and respect the Constitution. Going back to the point, if you have a CDL you are a professional driver. A professional driver sees all of the amateur drivers on a daily basis. I have no respect for the ignorant. Know your rights; and live your life with respect to others.
