Last yr april may nakilala ako online (FB). Bihira kami mag kita kasi medyo malayo. Bulacan ako marikina sya. And nag work sya sa QC tapos ako fresh grad. Wala pang work. Ang pinag kakaabalahan ko lamg ay mag bike that time. Kaya pinuntahan ko sya ng naka bike 1st meet namin sa tapat lang office nya. Mga 10mins lang ata kami nag usap. Then pumasok na sya. Walang araw kaming di nag uusap simula nung nag kakilala kami. Hanggang sa nag ka work na ko. Nag meet lang kami trinoma and moa almost a yr na kami mag kakilala and last month (FEB) .sinagot nya ko. At i hope na hanggang dulo na to.

Lucky for those who have met their seemingly "forever" match, but dating apps, I reckon, are a pool of emotionally unavailable people/people who need a rebound/people who haven't moved on from their grudges against their past relationships, teehee 🙃 Not to mention folks who mistake lust for love That's why personally, I think I might never come back to these apps, not only because I'm afraid of attracting these types of people again, but I am also afraid that I have become emotionally unavailable and I don't want it to turn up like it's my turn to (unintentionally) hurt someone, because "hurt people hurt people"

True. Honestly, most din na nakachat ko sa dating apps ay mga di pa nakamove on sa mga ex nila. May mga matitino naman, pero more on mga casual lang din sa app. (EDIT: Then again... Actually, I second this. As someone who has been resorting to dating apps for the past year or so, I’ve had my fair share of boys who are looking for someone to validate them (which goes the same for me) because they’ve been hurt too much, or just want casual setups. If you want a srs relationship then meeting someone organically would probably be the best option. Hahahaha.

My bf and I met on tinder. Because I wanted to move on from my previous relationship (7years) and because of the pandemic, I decided to join tinder out of curiosity and to have someone to talk to. Among other guys I’ve talked to, my bf was the only decent and respectful. We established friendship with subtle flirting. After two months of talking to each other, we finally decided to meet in person and the rest was history. We will be celebrating our 6months on the 28th. I’m really glad and happy I took a chance.
