This is true. I deal with this all the time at my work. I try to train my officers to be suspicious of overly talk active people. Had a guy one time sitting on a bench and as I strolled by he all of a sudden asked me how's my day, how I'm doing etc etc. Next thing I know he's trying to steal a bike. Body emotion is a big give away too.
