Just passed the Texas Real Estate Exam. Prep Agent you are a God send. Vocab is so important! One of the most important items on the test. Pay attention everyone! Real Estate is it's own language, as with any field you enter. If you know the vocab, you know 90% of the test! Great videos!

I am so use to taking the difficult approach to things that I found it odd to accept how easy your tools make it for me to learn... for example....I spent the last two evenings writing in my own long and drawn out definitions (taken from my book) for each of these words on my vocabulary worksheet....this morning I see this video on my notifications and see how you not only provided what I needed but you made each definition short and easy to understand Thanks! I’ve already signed up for your service ...your teaching method is fantastic and I feel a sense of relief knowing I have so much on my corner now

sessions2012 - I wouldn't say it was easy. There is a lot of math and finance questions on it so you definitely need to be familiar with that. Also knowing all the vocabulary is very helpful. There was a decent amount of GA Law too. If you feel comfortable in those areas I think you'll probably be ok. Good luck!

Realtor Maria Cunningham Hello Maria. My real estate school offers in class and a take home online version with CDS, the book, and a exam prep. I decided to do the take home but found the book to be quite long and not that helpful in remembering things. This version in the video seems awesome so would you recommend writing the vocab and just studying the vocab? Or doing the vocab and also reading the book to understand the vocab more? I just want to know a way to cut time but still learn the info. Thank you!

Thank you for sharing. I agree that learning the vocabulary is the key. As a previous student and tutor I know how vital it is to know your vocab. This would be a great quizlet. Would you mind if I made a quiz let for the public to see off of this vocab? We can then quiz ourselves on this material if not I completely understand due to the rights and copy. There are so many dates, time periods, number of days for actions, signings, time after an event to do a specific action, on n on throughout All the exam information!! I hope these Qs aren't the reason I don't pass come exam day. I feel the significance of knowing every single one of these exact time frames, at this time of my real estate career is so minor it's almost comical. 3 days, 10 days, 10 calendar days lol, 1 year, 2 year, 4 years.....any way to, of course not easily, but get these type of questions down for the exam, possibly a memorization strategy??
