Very informative video. Myself also lost 3.20 lakhs to Aditya World City, GZB. They raised the price of 2BHK to 4 lakhs after 1 week of paying the booking amount. I had to fight with the broker to get my back. But, the dream of buying a home was shattered by them. I suggest everyone to stay away from them. There is no one in this world you can complain to and get your money back in a simple way...

@@ashishsrivastava7109 Urban Royale. City Grace didn't existed at that time. They just diverted the money from Urban Royale to City Grace. There is still doubt if families are now started living in the old property (Urban Royale) as promised by the promoter years ago.

Thank you so much for showing reality of housing in India. Thats why I keep delaying buying a house because there is still a long way to go in career and no point getting stuck at one place. Also, renting is way cheaper if you have a good landlord (lucky me), no additional taxes, major repairs, maintenance etc. Everything in India is a scam and I dont understand why people are not waking up. There is nothing left in this country except corruption and exploitation...no clear air, water, good health, right education, retirement safety, women safety etc etc...I can go on. But all we care about is hindu-muslim or veg-non veg, or boy-girl relationships.

Whatever happened to escrow account? Builders will collect advance and buy land with this advance money for their next project. There also they will take advance from gullible buyers. In fact they start multiple projects without spending much from their pockets. Builder lobby is also one of the main source of political parties funding. Don’t expect government actions on builders Escrow accounts will prevent this from happening.

I have purchased 4 flats till now. 2 in Mumbai, 1 in surat and 1 in gurgaun. Bought all by paying 100% white to builder so don't think situation is as bad as you are showing

With all due respect if you're rich enough to buy 4 flats in metro cities clearly you aren't middle class salaried person. This isn't for you. Most buyers can only pay 20-40% of the total amount as down payment and rest he has to take as home loan. The point he is making is not that no one is accepting 100% white money, he is saying most are okay with black money - that should be stopped. It should be strictly 100% white payment compulsory.

@manojmahajan2456 no such thing as luck here. Simply need to stick with builders who are willing to take 100% white. Atleast for flats thats not that difficult. Post demonization it has been even easier. However, agree that for plots its really difficult to buy in white. Specially in resale, all white is almost impossible
