Sir as per my agreement my flat's possession month is Sep 19. But as per Rera laws 8 months extend karna padta hai. Lekin uske baad builder ka kaha pe complaint de na hai.

Sir can u please let me know as per karnataka rera are we suppose to pay car parking charges? The builder is asking me to pay 3 lacs just fr car parking. I read on few sites are per supreme court buyer shud not pay that. But my builder have asked me to show that rule in written. I need ur help if u could provide some info on this it would be great.

सर जी मैने jan 2018 को flat booked किया है but वह project RERA approved नही है मैने builder से पुछा तो बोल रहा की मेरा प्रोजेक्ट 2016 मे consruction start हुआ है तो RERA registration की जरुरत नही है लेकीन आपका video देखने के बाद मैने ऊसे पुछा की आपके project को OC/CC अभितक मिला नही है तो आपको RERA registration करना ही होगा तो वो बोल रहा है की मै नही करने वाला तो मै क्या कर सकता हू please help me Total flats in project 350 units
