Gurgaon and Noida market has given this appreciation. Tier 2 cities have also given excellent appreciation. If you Buy good and top builder properties. 3. I believe in Real Estate, I understand real estate. I have seen Gurgaon city grow from farm lands.

Rental yield 2% se jyada kahin nhi milta aur capital epriciation 10 year mein agar dekhe to tear 2 & 3 ko FD ke barabar milega aur 2004 में 1000 sqft सुशांत लोक में मिलता था प्लॉट पर उस समय 1000 आज के 10000 के बराबर है inflation तो बताया ही नहीं 5 साल में गुडगांव में almost inflation rate double Ho Gaya hai
