I’m new! Just wanted to say I appreciate you so much for giving us new agents this information. I feel like doing real estate AND KZbin can be difficult so thank you for taking the time to help others like myself.

I am so scared of cold-calling lol. I still do it, but I feel like nothing is coming from it! I've been licensed for almost 2 months and haven't even landed a meeting. Not going to lie, there have been a couple sleepless nights. This job isn't for the fainthearted....so much rejection when you first start 😅
@NicoleConnell3 жыл бұрын
There will always be rejection no matter how long you have been in the business. I am going on 3 years and still get rejected all the time - that's the name of the game in this business but you just have to remember to not take it personal. It's not a personal attack on you as a person at all! Keep grinding, it took me a little over 2 months to land my first buyers meeting!

What’s is a fair split for the team?
@NicoleConnell2 жыл бұрын
It all depends what the team provides. A lot of the time the team splits for leads paid for by the team is 50/50 where clients you bring on on your own should be a high split

What is considered a first time homebuiyer and why it matters
@NicoleConnell15 күн бұрын
A first time home-buyer is someone who is purchasing a home for the first time.. Also, you can you a first time home buyer loan if you've own a home but it's been 3 years since you've owned it. I would say is matters to know what type of client your working with so you can explore all their options and help them the best way possible.

When you got your first commission check where exactly did that lead come from? Thanks
@NicoleConnell3 жыл бұрын
My first commission was from someone that I know, someone in my sphere. However, 2 weeks later from that I close on my first transaction from an internet lead.
