Agree on the respect part cuz it's a hard working job but not on the "putting food on our tables"you pay for that food by yourself and you also work to have to pay for that food,so i would say no one puts food on your table except yourself

@@sorgii i think what he is getting at is that every job in the soeciety we live in is important :) yes farmers are bechause they produce foods, but so is the people at the store too selling it to you and the truck drivers getting it out to the stores and so on :) the reallity is everyone does an important job :)

Gameplay is whatever but what dude is talking about is pretty interesting. Never thought about how many obstacles you'd have to face. Not just caring for the crops and stuff but natural events like the birds with the strawberries. Interesting stuff.

FS19 had a official mod called precision farming that added soil composition to the game which made the gameplay more complex and interesting. Its a fun game to play chatting with someone

I live in NorCal, but when I visited my friends in SoCal, they had some Tanaka Farms strawberries and those who were the best damn strawberries I’ve ever had. Support local farms y’all, you might find something amazing. Been searching my local farmers markets for something similar since, haven’t found anything like that batch of strawberries but I found an amazing honey that I can’t live without, especially during allergy season.

A lot the Expert Plays videos do the videos with the wrong experts. Totally would have been more insightful for people who play the game to hear stuff about the equipment and how the selling and contracts and stuff in the game would be in real life. The video is still interesting but it's not what people came here for.

This guy is a co op farmer, they are still farmers but their produce tends to be on smaller scales and higher priced due to locality, they tend to take a rather older approach to farming. 30 acres isn't really all that much when there are farms out there that fields can be a few hundred acres, however I have mad respect non the less for someone like Tanaka, I would like to see a video with a more modern farm however, I saw that someone comment the same.

The Farming Simulator series gave a SMALL perspective on how modern farming is done and managed. This game gave me a newfound respect for ALL MODERN FARMERS IN REAL LIFE. Thank you for doing your part in putting food on our tables!

As coming from a Irish farming family i realy enjoyed playing farming simulator I was blown away with all the expensive machines because I was used to a normal tractor and a cultivator brought back a lot of memories of me and my grandad

I'm playing this game as I watch this review and it always amazes me how much detail the devs put into the vehicle models. To moving parts, to the actuation of arms and levers, to minute details. I'm really impressed with Saber and Giants Software and this is easily the best FS so far.

I have all the PC and home console versions of Farming Simulator from FS2011 to FS22, some versions on multiple platforms, and I still enjoy them all to this day, as every one of them has their charm. The franchise as a whole is just so relaxing and satisfying to play, and a great escape from "run n' gun" that seems to dominate gaming usually.

get somebody that acctually knows what hes talking about, the "tractor" he was talking about is a combine. They are specialized to harvest crops. And the Deutz Fahr combine he showed, is probably 30k. so take that how you want to.

6:27 Thank you! One of the biggest misconceptions I can't stand about agriculture (which is not helped by Hollywood's portrayal of it) is that farmers are still stuck in the 1950's when it comes to equipment and technology

Can the special forces experts react to the army of two the devils cartel? It is a very complete game in my opinion towards coverage, shooting, simultaneous entries, perhaps not so much the recoil of the weapons but there are also many campaigns with different missions and injections of adrenaline, they could take many videos of this, in addition to the fact that the weapons from that game are great

He's as much as a farmer as i am,bring those big farming guys that actually use those machines,not dudes that plant in their backyard,i maybe understand it's too expensive too get all the machinery required for big farming but still,i used to "farm" like this guy(just for the family,not depending on the food of course)just too have something in the winter and other stuff that you would normally buy in the market,usually like he said one or two lines of one crop and then a different one,one tractor with a plow then cultivating and seeding by hand and also harvesting by hand when it grows but that's not farming for me

@@LordGadwin I’m being a little harsh on him but he’s really the wrong person to be in this video. He’s more of a producer than farmer. There’s no shortage of large scale mixed argi in California, wouldn’t have been hard to get someone with a little more insight. My family runs a 300 acre lamb/beef farm in Ireland and I’d consider that quite small and I’d be in no way qualified to talk about arable farming.

I think this is his second video, but it always gets me when he says stuff like "would love to have a barn like that" or "wish we could have a tractor like this one". Our farmers shouldn't have to worry about staying a float! Wish we could send all farmers the equipment they need/want.

Need to have a large crop farmer do this. And use a steering wheel and the farming sim button panel. Don't use their steering wheel, tho. It's trash. Use a G29 or something similar. You could also have them do it in VR with VorpX.

Do scarecrows work to scare birds and keep the crops safe or they are just for movies? Or maybe just work with only crows or with an specific way of farming?

They'll work to an extent, but birds learn that they're not a threat after a while. A lot of farms will use bird scarers, which look like mini cannons and ignite a small amount of gas at set intervals to scare the birds. You also get mini explosive sticks (look like tiny TNT) tied to a long fuse which slowly burns and sets them off one after the other.
