hii just to inform RW13 and RW31 is only used for departure by the A319, A320, A321, or in short, the small jets, and some propeller planes. It is possible for the bigger jets to take off, but they will always use TO/GA thrust, which costs too much fuel. RW13 can also be used for landing, just like RW06 and RW24, but for the small jets only. The bigger jets, such as the A330 of PAL and Cebu Pacific (mostly neos), and the A350 of PAL only use either RW06 or RW24 for departure, because it's the longest runway available from which they can safely take off from.
