I don't think they did, but I get what you mean. This version of the song is at a different BPM than the studio track, which would make it a little hard to manipulate the original vocals to fit it... but for real... they might as well have just reused them: basically every single syllable and inflection is exactly the same, and the editing and doubling sounds identical, which makes me wonder why they even bothered re-recording this if they weren't even gonna try to make it sound different, lol.
