The only realistic event which happened to me and I can’t still explain is the one in a hotel washroom of Lava(which I later studied was one of the most haunted place in India). How can I explain why I saw the change in my eye colour, the eyes I saw in mirror were not mine(I want to believe it is some light tricks) and I screamed my throat out and rushed out and my friend in the room didn’t hear a thing?? Gosh I went through a mental disturbance for a year, mirrors would scare me 🤧

Once a ghostly incident has happened with me too where me n my brother saw our sister at terrace n were calling her to open the terrace door bcoz we also wanted to go there but she didn't n instantly we went downstairs n she was already sitting there for so long with my father n was cutting Vegetables my father also confirmed that she was there for so long 😕 n she didn't go upstairs

I agree with Biswas it’s basically mental trauma and sometimes processed by brain… and what kaustabh is saying is because of the sudden blood flow and wrong posture in sleep.. it’s all about believe!!! I am not denying as there are some unexplained things but it’s rare… most of the time it’s just our brain 🧠
