Swiggy Swooty I’m referring to the peeps who have been quite active in paranormal field, for quite some time, and who claim to have had many encounters; it is their sole purpose to capture evidentiary footage, but then peace out when activity begins. I just think it’s comical 🤷🏻‍♀️ (I grew up in a haunted house, and it can be quite unnerving. I saw my first apparition, that I can recall, at 24...and was never the same. (as well as having a Bigfoot encounter as a very young child camping w her family in the woods by a lake...it gave me four years of very vivid, recurring nightmares)

Ems LionHeart I get what you mean, but still even if you had encounters before, it’s still scary as hell. Seeing things that you’re not supposed to see, hearing things that you’re not supposed to hear, and so on. Like I said before, you don’t know what you’re dealing with. The spirit you encountered before may be a lot different from another encounter. Probably more violent or more quiet. We do not know what they think or their motives. (I’m sorry you had those traumatic events happen. I’m not a Bigfoot believer, but I’ve seen interesting images and videos on it.)

If they were interacting with spirit of a sad little boy, it's unfortunate to me that they would react with fear and practically run away. Wouldn't that make the little boy that much more forlorn? Ghost hunters should mentally prepare themselves for actual contact with the paranormal and maybe be more empathetic sometimes.
