वकालत एक ऐसा पेशा है, जो गुरु और शिष्य परम्परा पर आधारित है जहां पर विश्वास और सम्मान होता है , जिसमें दोनों जुडकर अपना बौद्धिक और आर्थिक विकास करते है। परन्तु इस पेशे मे 80% सीनियर चाहते है जैसे उन्होंने 10 साल अपनी घीसवाई है वैसे ही वो अपने जूनियर की के साथ करेंगे। जबकि आज का युग तकनीकी युग है जूनियर के पास शक्ति व तकनीकी ज्ञान है और सीनियर के पास ज्ञान है यदि ये दोनों मिलकर काम करे तो वकालत मे नये आयाम कायम किये जा सकते है। लेकिन केवल 20% सीनियर ही सही गुरु है जबकि 80% जूनियर का शोषण ही करते है जो बहुत ही शर्मनाक बात है वकालत पेशे मे।

very well put and explained. i started practicing 12yrs ago, but i quit after a month because my senior was extremely busy man and his chamber was quite far away. He never told me that how important it is to work there also. But yesterday i re joined, yes after so many years. tomorrow will be my 2nd day again. i am hoping this time i will not quit. i was looking for new advocate's beginning tutorials and found this video, you should make more videos for freshers because they have no idea what they are doing around the court premises. I don't even know how to make an affidavit now, funny but true.lol still not giving up:)

No Senior Advocate gives any scope to juniors to grow and build up own career, juniors know that it is not possible to grow within a short time, but they do not get any interest to work under Seniors, they are not allowed to read briefs, they are not allowed to draft petitions, affidavits, notices, agreement, contracts. Mostly seniors have family, hereditory and close circles. Basic reason is they are afraid of losing reputation, fame and status if juniors grow and build up themselves outside their circles. This is my personal bitter experience of last two years getting into the profession after passing out 5 years B.Com. LL.B. Degree in 2020 and thereafter getting registered under WB State Bar Councils, Membership of Bar Association in 2020 itself and qualified in AIBE in 2021. Seniors want the juniors as their Peons and Messengers.

Yes it is very much easy.Usually, a full-time LLB programme takes 3 years to complete. But several UK universities ask students with no prior exposure in law to take an additional Foundation Year before starting their LLB. It helps students to acquire all the required skills for their undergraduate programme. Hence, LLB with Foundation Year is a 4-year full-time programme. A large number of universities offer this programme only for September start. Other than this, universities in the UK also provide a 2-year full-time law programme called Accelerated LLB Programme.
