I was in high school cosmetology for a couple years and I went to a professional hair stylist that cost me about 200-ish but at the high school I didn’t even have to pay because I was a test subject for the new learning cosmetologist and I got better and more precisely what I wanted at the school then I did at the salon.

kellster00 it will fade to golden blonde tones anyways and guy knows what he is doing. It was such a mess when she walked in and he did amazing and she has to get it toned again Anywsys to keep the shadow root etc upkeep until her own roots grow back and by then she will be due for balayage again and guy can fix it even better. Like then she can let her own roots grow out and not need the shadow root unless she wants to of course. She can then have her own hair colour fading into a lighter golden blonde which I think is what her goal is.

I love when you do these color correction videos and show all the steps involved to correct the color. Most people think that hairstylist don’t need to know shit and it’s not hard you just slap color on the hair and you’re done! So the fact that you make these videos to show everything you need to know in order to correct color I think really helps to get people to understand. Please keep up with the videos! Kerri Husa Sounds like a cool job, but on the other hand look at what the lunatics (who her modeling agency sent her to) did to her hair! You would think that someone hiring a hair model would be professional, but they essentially turned out to be toddlers who destroyed her hair. Only a miracle-worker like Guy Tang could save it, and after this she really needs at least a year-long break to let her hair regrow and recover, bless her heart! She was extremely lucky she was able to get with Guy, and I imagine this happens a majority of the time to hair models because the people hiring them are *only* interested in what it looks like for those few minutes of actual modeling; they don't care about the damage.

I absolutely love that you cover the model/Instagram issue that is dominating the modelling industry now ! I run a modelling agency and I have had clients that will ask for models Instagram before making their decision :( I purposely do not give out models Instagram as it has nothing to do with the client. it’s really sad because models that have worked so hard to improve their book are being overshadowed by those that are nowhere near as suited for the job. I feel like I would be doing a disservice to my agency if the model has been chosen just on their followers. PS that colour is so gorgeous!
