Is no one else getting the sea shell beach vibes from Wendy’s dress? It actually is very clever and well put together and on the theme. The shoulder is a shell, the nude part is the sand with sea foam (the pearls) and the bottoms is different shades of blue like water or waves. It’s so Miami.

I honestly want to believe Gizelle truly felt uncomfortable but the way she went about addressing it feels like a lie. She immediately told Robyn (I feel like Robyn absolutely lies for Gizelle but they came up with the story that night). If R & G both knew, why wait months after, when cameras came up to address it. Especially when they had seen each other many times. Robyn conveniently came to C&C on camera in stead of when she found out. No one can dictate how someone feels however, without this story what did Gizelle bring besides sticking her nose everywhere else and Robyn deflecting from Juan.

Based on those documents, individuals (signers) can be added or removed from the account. On joint personal accounts, you can not remove the other account owner by just verbally requesting to do so. But any one of the account owners can withdraw funds from or close the account.

I think I may have an idea what happened to Ashley. First of all I am NOT by any means “A Real Rockstar Lawyer” but I don’t think I have to be to throw this out there. I remember somewhere down the line Ashley had to revisit the prenup after she was married to Michael more than 5 years I think. That’s where I believe she screwed up. She definitely did NOT have her own attorney to overlook the new terms (dummy). Because if you look at when she was out looking for homes Ashley was even using one of Michael’s friends as her realtor/attorney or something. It gave me “Ashley is too trusting with Michels friends” especially if you’re planning on divorcing him.

You can have 8 members with voting power whose economic interest is tied to their ownership % but the managing members have all decision-making power. The sequins on Giselle’s dress looked like it was added on as an afterthought. I loved Karen’s look. I didn’t like Ashley’s dress. It looked cheap to me. Then it might have been been that synthetic wig that cheapened her look.
