Listening to how you talk to people is genuinely so healing. I love the kind way you express disagreement and I also love how you make space for yourself to think and process. It’s so beautiful that you can express disagreement as an invitation to consider something new! It’s one thing to be able to respond well to conflict but it’s another to prevent it and make disagreement into a more collaborative process. I feel like I’m learning about communication just as much as I’m learning about style!!

She did such a great job explaining her struggles and what she likes! And her struggles were so relatable and helpful for me to hear! Especially the lack of need for endlessly mixable options because she specifically needs that energy for her other work.
