i have Heroelectric Photon LP, which have 9300km on the odo in less than 2 years. There is a sound coming from back wheel, i suppose its from bearings. Never discharge battery below 10% of its capacity ( same as mobile phone battery) and charge maximum up to 90-95% only… charge and discharge fully once or twice a week only. If battery is at its lowest percentage never use it under full load as it will generate lot of heat inside battery pack resulting decrease in battery life

When the battery is showing only one stick in the odometer, charge it. It is advisable to remove the battery and then charge it in the house. Use smoothly. We have Praise pro and followed this method. Running perfectly.

We have been using it for 2 months. It is a very practical vehicle. It has remote start, lock etc features. I would recommend it.

@@peepuchoudhary1829 yes. Almost 1 yr it has been. 2 kWh battery. Maybe now the battery is improved. Ideally have to charge for 3 hrs optimally to function properly. Single charge can fetch 90 km in normal mode and 40-60 km in sports mode. Has remote lock feature to unlock. Storage space is not much, so a little bit adjust. We got it in 88,000 including state govt discount. If used properly this is very helpful. Also , sports mode is smooth, and acceleration feels good. 😇

*There is nothing wrong about Okinawa... the Dealer-problems of Okinawa are the problems of ALL small eScooter "makers"... oops assemblers* ... More users talk about Okinawa because more people buy Okinawa than other eScooters as it is the 2nd highest eScooter seller after Hero Motors and miles ahead of Ather. As for Ather... right now even Ampere sales is ahead of Ather... which is really surprising considering Ather is now supposed to be in 27 Cities. *Ather must be doing something REALLY WRONG to suffer this!!!*

Dealer must not be only seller. dealer will encounter many funny questions, Irritating customers, and no service money only religious service type show (300 to 400) Real story is a third party involvement with problem data, ( company is having & hiding) plus personal problem data. Like battery cycle killing, terminal mis function, planed travel.break usage. After sale assistance, if vendor not ready/able to diliver.(ball bearing issue) Are must. Hope increase in number of EV will increase ...in understanding, skilled work man ship, Only govt subsidy will not help . Govt's instruction this is my baby dear, failure from sellers/ dealers end (free or paid service) will cost them in term of rating = abc company/ dealer will get a x % of cut in term of subsidy as per rating of service,= drop in sale .and increase in social shame. Free classes, tutorial CD's in multi language.
