Its my home away from home and its sick that you all get to embrace the culture by sleeping on floors, taking off shoes in the entrance, and splashing your ass with water xD btw the toilet faucet on top is used to wash your hands and it saves water but i guess its not often that people use it lol

The water above the toilet is to use to wash your hands, its clean water thats going to fill the tank. So they just reroute that clean water through the faucet so you can wash your hands and that dirty water just goes into the tank for the flush. Water conservation.
