when you're looking at competitor products, how do you research what their users like and dislike? or at that stage is it more you evaluating their products?

I start by signup by myself, using their product. Reading many customer reviews in the app store, and social media, and analyzing their strengths and weakness (SWOT). Even you can get more information from company salespeople, or customer care managers. Usually, customers provide feedback on why they are currently using it or want to switch.

To get a job with a good salary as a fresh graduate, build a strong portfolio, gain practical experience, network, continuously learn, and apply strategically. It will be hard in current competition but not impossible. However, I strongly believe don’t chase salaries in your first few years. Chase good product to work with which can help you to create value in “Your” profile.
