The sad part is that these women will never know how these men truly are until they get out. While they’re in prison, their girlfriends/wives are their entire world, which is what makes them fall in love with them. They have nothing and nobody else but them most of the time.

If all you can say about your future husband is that "he's big" multiple times, you should probably hold off on marrying.
@anak69406 ай бұрын
I thought the exact same. That’s all she was saying. “He’s big, he’s big, he’s big, “… I thought that was very strange. And why aren’t they looking at each other during their vows?
@micheledoran2472Ай бұрын
Totally agree, I don't know how any parent can bring anyone into their lives without actually getting to know them outside of their home, before they introduce innocent kids into the mix. The women whose marrying Brandon doesn't even know him, she seems to have some ideal vision of what this stranger actually is. She's an adult and can make that decision but the kids have no choice.

Here’s the update, months before I came home she had a brief relationship with a close friend of mine. Her and I are still legally married but separated. I honestly don’t think I would have made it through that time without her being emotionally supportive. I lost my entire family while I was in year after year and to this day I struggle with that. Jenn is a far better person than I am even capable of being and in a lot of ways stronger as well…. Prison made me an animal and she along with the girls reminded me I don’t have to be. SOMETIMES I still like to be, but at least now I know I don’t HAVE to be… good talk!

@@Defiant-Breed Don’t you think you should have waited to have the children call a man the mother doesn’t even really know, “dad”? I’m not judging, I can’t imagine how difficult it is to be in prison and have your entire world in one building, a bunch of other dudes around all with different personalities, and all you want is someone on the outside to care for you… but it’s the “bringing the kids along for the ride” part that I just can’t get down with.

What sad homeboy is that people can say whatever they want on the social media apps that didn’t exist before I went to prison in 2007 with no repercussions whatsoever or concern about how these remarks may affect the people that they’re actually talking about because you people don’t comprehend the fact that they are real peopleI’m going through all these little things here and I’m disgusted by everything that I see on here where people can speak so freely with no consequences for the words that’s the one beautiful thing about prison is that there are always consequences for everything point in case a man got his arm broken that wasn’t for nothing

That’s my issue with this. You want to put your life in the crapper that’s fine but don’t bring children into it! When that one was reading letter from her mom and her mom saying hope he takes care of you as you deserve… what about what the children deserve?!?! When you have kids it’s no longer just about you and what you want. You have to consider them as well.

I am so shocked by the sentence that that poor man was given for growing pot. It is legal here in Canada. I wish them a happy life. I am somewhat concerned for the children of the couple in the USA. It's even sadder when these females expose their children to all of this nonsense! Instead of getting married, they should really get counseling!
