Bro I don't think the motherboard you mentioned has 3 ports for video output, if your motherboard has VGA port, HDMI, and display port, the you will be able to use 3 displays simultaneously. If it should have 3 ports of any of the 3 types I mentioned, and you will be able to use them. Avoid using converting cables like HDMI to usb

Bhai blender and 3ds max on i3 3rd Gen💀 bro I don't think it's possible to make your pc run blender well with only 15k. You need to upgrade your mobo and processor for sure, and add a GPU and maybe your PSU too if it's not of enough power. You should go for second hand components, maybe try to get a 9th or 10th gen i3, their supported motherboard and a gtx 1650. All these used, and also make sure your PSU is of good brand and atleast of 400 watts
