Theres an area of physics focused on 3 body problems. The basic idea is that in 2 body problems, you can predict how one body will exert force (typically gravity) on the other and vice versa. But as soon as you add in another factor into the equation, it makes it nearly impossible to calculate the outcome. Thats how I feel about macro strategies. They vary wildly on the other teams. What if they're dumb and just going for kills instead of the optimal macro strat? Then all of these minimal risk strats become wildly variable in effect.

Legit what’s happening in 90% of my games. We apply proper macro but then you have the 3rd and 4th teams chasing kills instead of objectives and it fucks everything up. 🤣🤣🤣

Hi, solo player in many many games. Before blaming the other guy alllllllll the time, ask yourself if you and your duo are playing like a duo. Are you comming for the 3rd too? Do you only help your friend? Not saying you don't, just letting you know the blame can be on both sides.

I'm generally pretty open to using them whenever, in the final round, you'll usually only need like 3 max (5 is the most you can get I think). I would definitely use them in prolonged fights where you need to spawn close to the objective so you have a teammate stay alive while you wait the respawn cooldown. Also pay attention to whether or not your team can withstand the money loss from a team wipe.

Is there any strategy to fight in a lobby full of invisible lights? Besides micro skills as git gut and hit your shots. In terms of tempo im not even sure if they want to play fast and cap everything, or just wait until an opening to kill everybody and safely do their job. It's hard to predict where exactly they gonna move or when to begin a fight. But they will certainly get the upper hand due to sudden strike. What can we do as a team to prevent this from happening? Or how to play around it

If i was 2nd place in this scenario i ape D, wait for fight and struck in a bit before last 30 seconds. If i put in vault 5, EVERY team is gonna be there. Here, there is chance one team, goes to put in vault 5, you get better chance to steal and you get 2nd shot at getting shit done and you are at advantage of third party, The Finals is game of information, time and patience, full of tricky timings. Always go for cashout that is gonna be put in first, giving you 2nd chance.

I found one thing that I may not agree with for the video -- if you were that first place team in that first example, and you go defend Vault 5 (which I do agree with), why in the world would you open it? Unless that extra money is make-or-break, that just gives the other teams more time to bring it to the cash-out since they don't have to wait for it to open.

What do you do when you're attacking and the cashout room itself is clear but you haven't cleared the rooms above and below the cashout? Let's say the cashout is halfed, should you bubble and go for it or should you try to clear the other floors, running the risk of letting more teams collapse on you
@LordNova0
@LordNova0 9 ай бұрын
That depends if u clear the room by team wiping then bubbling up is a good play, if the room is clear on its own then it’s most likely rigged to blow you up or blow the cashout down a floor in that case it is better to clear the floor below or bait the c4 or whatever they use

From what I understand, team wipes don't give additional money. $200 per kill, so if Blue goes to vault 5 and they are about to lose by kills, they can tap vault for $1000.

I'ma copy paste from another comment I made: Micro is like learning the mechanics of the game so like learning how your gadgets work and how the game works in general. Macro is a more broad concept that involves your whole team. What fights should we take? How should we position ourselves to win given that we are 1st place? Macro determines your whole team's decision making and is more of a team's skill than individual skill.

Good tips! I think another way to play the fight in the double up strategy segment is to take vault 1 to cashout B. In that clip they are only less than 1,000 ahead of third so all pink has to do is open 1 vault and they become second so you may as well play to try and get an early cash lead.

A little intuitive away from the battle royale spirit much as i enjoy some of the dynamics . The other thing is the unadaptability of ranking disallowed changing format , feels more competitive/eSports minded in design when the slogan of dev was fun/playable > slow dying scene industry . When the 2 ball contrast is disorienting for a viewer experience has been brought up

Teams get $200 per kill, so if the blue team goes for Vault 5 they get $1000 if they hit it (they might have to time when to hit it however), meaning that orange would have to get like 10 kills to overtake (unlikely).

So in the first example I'm a bit confused. The timer shows less than 2 minutes remaining in the match. Vault 5 is over 150m away from the team at this point. Would they have time to run to vault 5 and cashout before the game ends? If there was no chance whatsoever, they would be better off just hiding somewhere after depositing the vault and activating the cashout. If there was time to cashout on A, then I fully agree, I'm just not completely aware of how long these objectives take.
@EkaZoko
@EkaZoko 9 ай бұрын
You can usually make it anywhere on a map around a minute, assuming you have a Medium with transport gadgets. Also sorry if I was confusing in the first example, I meant do NOT turn Vault 5 into a Cash out, but rather defend Vault 5 so it is not turned in. You can also activate Vault 5 for extra $1000.

I find it strange you called out the other video for not being an actual macro strategy because it had 1 bullet point about personal adaptability. It's not telling you to do something specific, it's telling you to stay adaptable. You then yourself even talk about personal decisions only "correcting" it with an asterisk in post that you actually meant you and your team. You can't control your team mates actions though, you can only suggest what you think is the right thing to do. If your team mates disagree, staying adaptable is fantastic advice. I think you focus a bit too much on what's perfect and ideal, when that's not always viable or realistic in the current situation. You talk more about specific strategies here than general way of thinking. This video was also all over the place in terms of repeating information and it does not describe what you want as well as you might hope. There's a reason creators like Thixxy use clean graphics. Their videos are just easier to understand. While there may be a lot of truth here, it's presented in a confusing way.

I'm playing from home! 1:42 - To qualify they need to avoid getting wiped. If they really want to benefit themselves further on, they could decide to help or deny purple team. This is depending on how well they've assessed their opponents skills. As the top team I've found it worth assisting the 'lesser' teams to make your tourney run easier. Having said all that it's a really low priority. They aren't so far ahead in cash that they can be wiped without jeopardizing their placement. After watching your answer, yeah I forgot about the cashout box too.

I don't know if I neccisarily agree on your starting game strategy as I find it unlikely you will be able to capture both vaults. I think that early game strategy should entirely be focused on getting that first cashout, and that depends on your team comp and play style. If you have a play style that favors holding the site, go for the vault and closest cashout, if you have a better offensive strategy wait for another team to start it and attempt to snipe. I think starting strategy is very team composition based, but a key note not mentioned is getting wiped is sometimes a better alternative, expecially in earlier rounds, as your 30% that you loose may only be a couple bucks, and if dying means avoiding spending coins in a long drawn out engagement, it may be worth it, so you can reset on the other side if the map to go for the second cashout that either has or has not been started. And yes, the beggining cashouts are only 10k, however I find that most of the time you only need 15-20k to secure second place.

I think it might make a difference for the qualifier before the final round (the 1st place team will start as 1st for the final round, so if you time out all 20 minutes, the first place team would win, at least theoretically). Otherwise, I believe there is no difference if you qualify as 1st or 2nd.

Good video dude it’s good to call out these dudes spamming “ top x player in the finals” and they think they are the shit. When they can’t even do simple macro plays to get a 100% secured win.

comms are super important, which makes playing with randoms impossible, because i have yet to hear a single person in voice chat or get it to work properly for myself. also, reminding your team to NOT cash out with less than a minute left is also crucial sometimes. sometimes people forget, and itll end up getting you wiped in OT and that cashout stolen, or like the worst combination of shit happens that gets your team out

You know you don't have to actually bring up any specific person to make your point right? It's really a terrible look. That is not the mark of a good person.

@@EkaZoko you know you can just be like "I see other people giving this advice, and I think it's wrong" Now contrast that to saying "I think X and Y person is just completely wrong" If you had any social skills at all, you would automatically understand the difference and why it's absolutely unnecessary to call out a specific person. And to use the "crediting" the video is just pure laziness. You could just make your own video explaining your own points. Instead you chose to cut someone else down to elevate yourself. That's shitty. Why don't you ask them how much they appreciate your "credit?"
@Masoch1st

and that is not to say you are a shitty person. that's just a shitty thing to do. and maybe you dont realize that, but hopefully you have enough sense to reflect on it and better yourself.@@EkaZoko you essentially said: "those guys made some basic ass shit and it isn't even macro strategy. but they're great. I'm gonna tell you how to do it right" its like come on dude. is that really necessary? Did it add any value whatsoever to your points later in the video? No. It just made you look bad. And that's sad because the rest of the video was actually pretty good

@@Masoch1st I see I have somehow offended you, but I assure you my main purpose was to teach macro strategy. I mentioned inaccuracies in those videos because it is the main reason I made this video. Am I not allowed to state why I wanted to make this video? I am in no way trying to criticize any of the creator's personalities that I mentioned but I do believe the strategies they teach are not up to standard. The video I wanted (not you) to make included analysis on those videos. There is no way for me to be vague like you suggest and still keep the vision I wanted. It appears you think that I am lazy for using other people's content. Is it not the same if you write a paper with references? If those creators believe they made a great macro strategy video. Great! Let them keep making those types of videos. I'll keep making videos critiquing those strategies if I feel they are inaccurate. As I see it, I am in no way being a bad person by critiquing content (not people). See you in my comment section next video.

here's a good macro tip as well, if both of your teammates die in the early round and you're already not in second place. Running straight at the enemy to die as fast as possible to reset respawn times is actually more viable than trying to wait around and revive your team only to have everyone walk half way across the map to a cash out that's already 75% completed. This only applies when you're too far away from the team and losing 30% of your cash isn't a big deal. NGL, I do hope they maintain and keep the more money = low risk while less money = higher risk meta, it makes watching and playing games more fun. Since lets be real, its fun to defend a cash out strategically and its also pretty dang fun W keying into a group of enemies as a last resort, getting as many frags as possible in the shortest amount of time.

I'm an up and coming silver and your videos make me a better dog Walker. As far as strats go, a vid about how to deal with solo matches would be radical. I'm a switch hitter that can play a heavy or light if I need to but, I don't always know how to compliment certain team comps. For instance the good ol LLM or MMM. How to match certain players that only want to play for frags is really weird. Thanks for the tips ❤
@EkaZoko
@EkaZoko 9 ай бұрын
Its hard to keep up with the light dogs. I would recommend getting rid of the leash and just go turret or recon senses (probably turret if you are solo q). In the MMM, I think you switch to heavy or just make sure not all of you are going heal.

some micro on top of the early-mid game "touch" two vaults play: put breach charges onto the cash. detonate when it gets picked up. a knower will make their heavy carry the cash.
