I knew it when I heard that Aberdeen were the last team to beat them in any European final. When I heard all the pundits saying Liverpool would overwhelm them, I felt angry at their arrogance. Madrid deserved that. They have defeated Chelsea, city, and now Liverpool, teams I have all called the best in the world at various points of the season. The arrogance of Liverpool fans really annoys me and in a way, I’m glad, despite originally wanting them to win from a mane goal.

They were even favoured by the ref when he choped off a clear Madrid goal. The thing is, what makes the EPL great are the foreign players. And there are some so called best team in the world like Liverpool who gets favour from 99% of referees in england to win almost every game and the other teams who truely represent england are treated like outsiders. Teams like Chelsea who recently won the Europa league and champions league against English teams find it difficult to win a cup in england. We have lost 5 consecutive cup finals no thanks to the English refs that don't like Chelsea.
