@pandorasbox42385 жыл бұрын
That's a clickbait title. I'm a skeptic and not a single one of those has silenced me or any other reasonable skeptic. In fact, NONE of these are miracles. A miracle is a surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency. While some of these are actually quite interesting stories, none of these qualify as miracles that have silenced skeptics, nor are they miracles at all.

As you can tell I'm Catholic and love to explain this to other religions who think we are worshiping a statue.
@nemyG4 жыл бұрын
If u had read the Bible you'll find how many times God said do not put statue or idol. Y'all need to get ur facts check. Maybe read the Scripture. U say u don't worshiped but bow infront of it pray infront of those statue. Hinduism said the exact same thing they worship God not the statue in the temple. But Kiss the feet of the statues. How many time do God said do not make statue or idols, man made statue do not bow infront of it. Catholics must read the Bible. How many times God had condemned idol or statue. If u put statue inside ur church then ur no dofferent from other religion no matter how much explanation u might give or can come up with. Do u pray infront of ur family photo? Do u pray infront and to ur loved one photos daily? Then you must be literally one of them ppl who worshipped their ancestor aka pagan. Also please stop saying u do not worship Mary when y'all pray to Mary, which logically mean u worshiped her. Do u pray to ur mother? No we pray to God. Then what do praying to Mary mean? Respect? Or in simple word Worshipping.

@Attempt Fine Religious Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a serious mental health problem, like Scrupulosity. Once the patient has eaten enough religious baloney, then the conditioning, AKA brainwashing - is complete. Next is the nervous breakdown. When the printing press started, Scrupulosity followed. The internet brought mass panic for Christian Obsessives. You might of noticed. Some of these people take nuttiness seriously and they are known to the police. Some of them are happy to be arrested for Jesus. So I bring up things like, Did God ever save any Christian woman from rape? Ever? Did he hear their fervent prayers? Ever? Their desperate cries? Ever? Christian archeologists are unable to find evidence for Moses or Exodus. It seems that the Jews were merely another shabby tribe in Palestine, who wanted to make their history as groovy as the Greeks gods and mortals. Around 900 BC things appeared. The Bible was edited around the time of the Maccabees and the Romans, so the allegories and confusing parts, were coded for revolutionary Jewish and Christian subversion. That's why the seven hills of Rome was a dig at the Emperor, -while coating it in allegory. The Emperor was killing Christians like crazy. Today's Christian Zealots, AKA Religious Extremists, love to fantasize about torturing abortion doctors and then killing them. They dream of showing their passion to the Lord by whipping themselves with barbwire at Eastertime and walking for miles on their knees in pilgrimage. These people ensure their children are quaking at the Lord, in fear. I think people who scare children are evil, myself. What do you think?

all my life a religion i was raised in, had told me that it was a commandment of god to not worship idles, because at some point the ancient ppl's of the bible created an idle made from clay that came to life due to them worshiping it, but it was the devils influence that took hold of the idle, because they worshiped an idle that god commanded them not to. this story is also found in the quran, except in the quran the Muslims worshiped the idle until they found out the idle was a jinn which is a devils minion. the church i grew up with still does not worship idles but the Catholics as well as many other christian churches still do, and they believe every sign they see from these idles are a sign from god or Mary. crazy stories for sure, but if 2 different religions are talking about the same thing from slightly different perspectives. maybe there's more to this idea.

As for your understanding of idolatry. Old testament has a lot of examples. 1. God commands Solomon to build a temple with exact proportion. 2. God commands building of the Ark of covenant with statues of angels on it. And the Ark was Venerated. 3. God commands the making of a cross with a Bronze serpent hung on it and " whoever looks up to the serpent shall be healed". 4. God creates the stone tablets of the Ten commandments. The Priests in Jerusalem wore special dresses for the occasions when they entered the sanctum in the temple where the ark was kept. That place and ground became holy by the The very command "word of God". And ordinary people (and women) were not allowed inside it. You like it or not. There are thousands of instances. The difference being: belief or disbelief. No one is forcing you to accept or deem any religion as higher or lower, fake or true. But mockery and intended prying is not appreciated. All people have their own belief, and proof of their belief is only true to their believers, for others it will be nothing. Respect and peace are keywords.

@CheMaldz Adz true..... They claim knowledge of God's word and scriptures , uet all they care is brewing a fantastic Pizza out of Bible with "picked up words" to be sprinkled at the right proportion, so that it sound and taste good, especially for the ignorant... They have been acting on that very vantage point for centuries , fooling and leading poor souls to eternal damnation. The hatred against the true church they have propagated in people's heart is unimaginable. They have misled millions on the wrong track. God will take account of all their lies and attrocities they have committed and hatred they have propagated. Anathema! Maranatha!
@SeanJohnIoannesGiovanni4 жыл бұрын
@CheMaldz Adz To that I will say, even if my father was a criminal i cannot disown him and start calling another person my father. My house, my family, my parents, all are irreplaceable ( the fourth commandment commands us to obey our parents). The best best we can do is pray hard for our family, the universal family. Ecumenism doesnt mean all religion are same, the church is trying to bridge and to see what things are similar and what are unneccessary for salvation. ( because most things, stem from culture. And since Jesus is for all, all cultures must be accepted) Even people who say they follow no traditions except the bible, like the neo-evangelical churches also have certain culture/traditions. So if you think that our acceptance of other cultures is not good then probably you're not following christ but only traditions. It would be like orthodox churches that are nationalised and depend on ethnicity, so much that they believe other people who dont sing or pray or follow their liturgical traditions are all fake christians. The Universal church is trying to gather all the children of God to live in peace together in this world torn by people who like to dwell in differences, people who spread hatred, who try to divide, try to put others under their control, etc. I think we must pray for that unity.

In Champion, Wisconsin, there is a well known miracle that happened during the biggest forest fire in US history. The chapel of Our Lady of Good Help marks the spot where Our Lady appeared in 1859 and the faithful gathered for shelter from the raging fire which left the place and the people there inexplicably unscathed. The tears of the statue at Akita were tested by 3 different laboratories. The local priest had thought that Sr. Agnes was making a hoax, and he thought to prove the tears hers. 3 separate labs reported 3 different blood-types, none matching Sr. Agnes. A much more interesting miracle is the miracle of the Eucharist in Sokolka Poland, where at Communion a Eucharistic host was dropped onto the floor. Per church requirements, the host was retrieved and set aside to be disposed properly. After mass, it was placed in a dish of water, to dissolve, then placed in the tabernacle and locked. When a nun unlocked the tabernacle a week later, she found the host had a red, bloody center and retrieved the priest. The priest later sent it to be analyzed by a lab, and the scientists who analyzed it confirmed that the red center was human heart tissue, that was in the state of death, but not decaying. The heart tissue was fused into the bread in an inseparable manner, as though they were one and the scientists were adamant that this was not a hoax, and could not be replicated.
@lorrquigley494 Жыл бұрын
because there is no time with God or heaven, that could mean, as catholics believe during mass, we are at calvary, at the foot of the cross. A solemn event witnessing the crucifixion of our redeemer. Reverence is required here. As time, then is suspended, so too is the eucharist suspended in time, a perpetual sacrifice, done once. Thus, making the holy communion, when fully exposed, declaring the living heart of Our Lord as still undergoing that very death. No time with God. This is the importance of the holy sacrifice of the mass and why we should never have permitted mass to be shut down during the evil actions permitted during the 'pandemic'. Mass needs to be performed every single day in perpetual honor of Christ, and in the presence of the faithful, as a living sacrifice to save mankind. The catholic church has the one true faith. No other 'religion' has this requirement for its faithful, to be literally and physically present to receive a truly living God into our very selves. All other forms of worship are empty. None have a living God, perpetually present. If only people knew this. Adoring God is not a throw away event that can be put off till tomorrow or when authorities dictate. God is first. The first commandment tells us all we need to know on this!

He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.” Mark 12:26-27 “For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries: Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you: Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead. For for this cause was the gospel preached also to them that are dead, that they might be judged according to men in the flesh, but live according to God in the spirit. But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. Use hospitality one to another without grudging. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men's matters. Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.” 1 Peter 4:3-19 “Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. (Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended first into the lower parts of the earth? He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,” Ephesians 4:8-17 “And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.” Ephesians 4:32 I could add to this but I think it speaks for itself.

This and some of the comments reminds me of a disagreement I once had; A guy once told me that there was no historic lineage that directly connected Peter to todays Pope. He claimed there was a gap of some 300 years. I didn't argue his claim, but I went home and checked for myself. He was wrong, just as I always believed. Non-Catholics also argue that Jesus didn't refer to Peter when he said, ' you are Peter and upon this Rock I will build my Church '. That proves to me that there's an agenda to denounce all things Catholic. Denying that Jesus was referring to Peter as the 'Rock' when he said 'you are Peter and upon this Rock I will build my Church' is absurd. Was there an actual rock laying nearby that Jesus referred to? Jesus only mentioned one noun in first half of the statement, that was Peter. He then replaced that noun with another noun, the Rock. There's nothing so plain and clear, yet those that were told that Catholics are bad will believe anything once brainwashed. Also, non-Catholics claim that Catholics worship and idolize Mary and the other saints simply because there are statues in a Catholic Church. It's a claim that they invented, never has a Catholic claimed that they worship Mary. If Catholics one after another denounce this claim, why does the claim still exist? Doesn't a Catholic know if they worship Mary or a Saint? Is something true just because a detractor says it is? Such claims come from the mouth of a human being, and they're in no way authentic nor based upon anything factual. Nobody bows down or worships Mary. We kneel while in Church during part of the Mass, not worshipping Mary nor any other person. We worship Jesus Christ and God theFather. Mary was chosen to give birth to Jesus, the Son of God. We consider her to be special in that regard. She's not equal to God nor to Jesus, but a special human being chosen above all other women to carry Jesus in her womb. I'd say that puts her ahead of Michael Jordan and all others that are worshipped and idolized in this materialistic World.

The first video is easy to explain. There used to be a palm tree right where the "image" is. It was there for years, right up against the glass. When it was removed there was staining because of a reaction with the palm oil and the tinting. I live right by this "miracle". It was an absolute nuisance. I'm not saying I'm glad someone broke it, but I certainly don't miss the crowds of people worshipping a tree stain.

I've never read that in regards to St.martin. Venerable Maria de Agreda, a spanish nun of the Conceptionist order of nuns, was a author. When spanish missionaries came to this part of the US, South Texas,etc. They found that the people knew about Jesus and christianity. They spoke to them about a lady dressed in blue, who taught them about Jesus. She apparently bilocated. She was in spain at the same time she was with native americans. St.Alphonus Ligouri also could bilocate. He was seen at the bedside of one of the popes who was dying. At the same time, he was back home. There is no doubt this actually happend. Too many reputable people , papal officials and other laymembers of the nobility who were there gave witness.

@@MasterMonkMan Jesus was God in the flesh. last time i checked God doesn't have a "mother". Dont get caught worshipping the creation (Mary) rather than the creator like the bible tells us. Tell me where in the bible it says denying to honor Mary is denying Jesus honor. Jesus was the one who died for our sins, not Mary. Cathoilcism is a counterfeit christianity with added traditions that came from man.
@charlesrob39695 жыл бұрын
@@MasterMonkMan Mary was simply used by God to fufill prophecy in the old testament of the Jesus being born from a virgin. If prophecy said that he would be born from a stone, would you then go about worshipping stones? Catholics worship and create idols of mary, the apostles, Jesus and angels in heaven. Which is a form of idolatry, which is a sin. Do you not recall Revelation 19: 9-10? 9 Then the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” And he added, “These are the true words of God.”10 At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers and sisters who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For it is the Spirit of prophecy who bears testimony to Jesus.” So, If an angel from heaven (Being Holy) denies worship, what makes it okay for a mere man (unholy) on earth to decide that its okay to worship an angel?

I love this ❤️. I don’t understand how so many people can believe in the paranormal, anything we cannot explain, and not believe in miracles? Many believers in the paranormal are so quick to call any type of spirit activity malevolent or demonic. How could they then not also believe in miraculous, pure and good activity? Good vs. Evil is as old as time. We need more videos like this one. People should also do a lot of real hard research into any field they want to pursue. Just because your interested in the paranormal and have a video camera does not mean you are an investigator and most definitely not an expert. If you have no idea what you’re doing you can cause more harm than good. That only makes you dangerous to yourself, others with you and those that follow behind you. If you come across something that truly is evil it can take a hold of you and change your life forever just like a truly miraculous spiritual event can. Of course, some spirits are just people who have died and never left for what ever the case may be.

PATRICK ANURAAG actually most denominations, including agnostic and atheists hate Catholicism. Mostly because of the repeated molestations, and the church not only being aware, but hiding the priests responsible. While it’s true they will be judged by God, which is higher than man’s justice, it’s still rape and those priests need to be turned over by their superiors and punished. Especially in the minds of the non religious who don’t necessarily believe they’ll be held account for their wicked deeds, but also because everyone can agree such monstrosity demands retribution and wants to witness the justice being levied..

I think if most skeptics saw Jesus Christ himself in the living flesh, and spoke to them, they would say he didn't exist and search the internet furiously to find some condition related to stress to show evidence as to why they were hallucinating. Thats the truth.
@antoniusgrave13485 жыл бұрын
@@verbplural5631 Of course no one should believe a person claiming to be Jesus. I mean what criteria could you possibly use to demonstrate the truth of such a claim? The bible isnt clear at all in such a matter and most of the miracles described in the bible, any amateur magician can pull off.
@verbplural56315 жыл бұрын
@@antoniusgrave1348 I believe the bible demonstrated Jesus proved he was the son of God via miracles to demonstrate his way was the right way and the world was in trouble. I believe Jesus performed those miracles to prove to skeptics and people looking for answers in their life that he needed to be listened to as God is trying to tell them something. It goes way beyond card tricks and levitating to show he can do "cool" tricks on television. Faith is what is key here as it is with any religion , if you don't have faith based on what had happened in your life (through various circumstances i.e who you spoke to, what happened then etc) and use that evidence of the existence of God then it is pointless to try and explain. Every individual has to travel that road and it is what you gained from it determines your belief (right/wrong).
